DIY Shopping Adventures: Tales from the Toilet Bowl Fix Edition! 🛠️

If hungry, I go to the grocery store, walk the aisles, make a quick purchase, and leave.

If needing cleaning supplies, paper products, or snacks; I go to a Mass/Club store, walk the aisles, maybe browse other sections, make a faster purchase, and leave.

But buying a consumer electronic or, more specifically, tackling a DIY home improvement project takes on a whole new buying mentality.

This Week’s DIY Shopping Fixature – Fixing the Toilet

• Online Research on my Issue/Need and what tool or technology to solve
• Online Research on Key Brands, Where to Find/Availability, and Reviews
• Went to the store, talked with some experts, now more confused.
• Bought the only available product, went home to fix
• Watched YouTube Videos on how to install because the instructions were TOOO BASIC
• Realized I needed another Part/Tool not recommended on the package, so back to the store to buy
• Finalized the project and FLUSHED THE TOILET 🚽
