- Early Birds: 60% of shoppers now start hunting deals weeks before.
- Online Wins: 70% are opting for online deals to skip the crowds and score big.
- Techy Tricks: 80% using mobile apps for easy price checks and exclusive deals.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฑ๐ท๐๐๐:
- Extending the Season: Deals over weeks not days, starting early November through Cyber Monday.
- e-Commerce Reigns: Online deal focus; it’s where the action’s at for most retailers.
- Blurring Occasions: Black Friday through Cyber Mondayโblurred now, with similar deals across both days.
- Sneak Peeks: Stores dropping early to get us hyped and shopping ahead.
My Take:
What does the future hold? How will the economy’s twistsโhigher rates, pricier gas and groceriesโaffect our shopping mood?
Will Amazon Prime Days grow? Will we cut back on gifts? And will we chase big Black Friday discounts after a slow year?
No doubt, that makers and sellers are in a tough spot, fighting for our gift dollars.
