Analytics and Insights are not complicated make them simple.

My thoughts on making Analytics and Insights more simple which can result in better Strategies for your clients.

“𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.”

Albert Einstein
  • The Curse of Expertise: We dive deep into the data ocean, forgetting our audience may still be in the shallows. Simplify your message to meet them where they are.
  • The Art of Storytelling: Numbers alone don’t inspire action. Craft narratives. Imagine explaining a trend line to a senior leader. Instead of “KPIs are up 15%,” say, “We’re soaring like a rocket—15% higher!”
  • The Power of Visuals: A well-crafted chart replaces a thousand words. Visuals convey insights better than spreadsheets.
  • Avoid Buzzword Bingo: Break down $’s/MM, ACV%, TDP’s, CWW, KPIs. Show how they impact real-world decisions.
  • Budgeting and Funding: Channel your inner Einstein. Simplify your ask. Speak ROI in a language even non-analysts understand.

Continue to make things SIMPLE!  Because when we simplify, we empower action.
